Hemp seeds taste deliciously nutty and provide omega-3 fatty acids and all the 9 essential amino acids the body cannot produce itself.

To ensure that they maintain their nutrient density, our hemp seeds are always cold processed. Hemp is not only an excellent source of protein, but also beneficial for the environment. It grows fast, absorbing high levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide into its cellulose fibres and needs no pesticide chemicals. It’s also almost waste-free since nearly every part of the plant can be usefully processed.

We included nutritional yeast in the mix, which has a natural cheese taste and is high in protein and B vitamins.
