Ingredients

  • 200ml plant-based milk
  • 1 banana
  • 80g fresh blueberries
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp (20g) Naturya Acai Powder
  • 3 tbsp (30g) Naturya Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp (50g) plant-based yoghurt
  • Blackberries and Banana to top

Method

Mix the milk, banana, Acai powder and Agave Syrup in a blender.

Stir through the Chia seeds.

Pour 1/3 of the mixture into an airtight container.

Pour the rest of the mixture into the blender and mix with the blueberries. Pour into another airtight container.

Store both containers in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

Once you remove the mixtures from the fridge you are ready to layer it up!

Thinly slice a banana and press it onto the sides of a glass or jar.

Pour the plain chia mix (without blueberries) into the base of the serving glass.

Divide the blueberry chia mix into two separate bowls.

Mix the 2 Tbsp yoghurt into one bowl. Next add this to the serving glass as your second layer.

Finally add the remaining blueberry mix as the third later.

Top with blackberries. Store in the fridge or enjoy!
