Chocolate, Coconut & Raspberry Pot

This is a delicious vegan alternative to a regular chocolate mouse. It's also sugar free and loaded with superfood goodness.


  • 1 ½ cup soaked cashew nuts
  • ½ cup melted Naturya Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup melted cocoa butter
  • 300 ml creamed coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Naturya Cacao powder
  • ¾ cup soaked dates
  • 2 tsp Naturya Chia Seeds
  • Raspberries
  • Naturya Cacao Nibs
  • Shaved coconut


  • Soak the dates and cashew nuts in water for 1-2 hours, once soft put into the food processor, and blend until smooth
  • Add the melted Coconut Oil, cacao butter and coconut milk
  • When the mix is soft, add the Cacao powder and blend
  • Remove from the blender and divide the mix into 4 ramekins. Refrigerate for an hour
  • Once set, top the puddings with beautiful plump raspberries, shaved coconut and a sprinkling of Cacao Nibs
