Quick and easy, these rich and indulgent chocolate bites will satisfy your cravings without the refined sugars and fats!
Ingredients
- ½ cup of cocoa butter
 - ¼ cup of cocoa paste
 - 1 tbsp Naturya Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
 - 1 tbsp Naturya Cacao powder
 - 2 tsp Naturya Cacao Nibs
 - 2 tbsps agave syrup
 - Few drops of vanilla essence
 - Pinch of salt
 - Boiling water
 
Method
- In a small bowl add all the ingredients – aim for a 2:1 ration of butter/oil and paste In a larger bowl pour in the boiled water
 - Add edible essential oils for more flavour such as orange, mint or rose oil
 - Make sure the bigger bowl isn’t over filled with water (don’t let any water overflow into your chocolate mixture!)
 - Carefully lower the small bowl into the bowl of hot water
 - Stir the ingredients
 - Once melted, whisk vigorously to incorporate the agave and carefully pour the mixture into your moulds
 - Pop the moulds into the fridge or freezer and allow to set for 20 min
 - Once set, pop out the chocolates and store them in an air-tight container in the fridge
