How do I use it?

Quality & Provenance

Quality & Provenance:

Hemp is the environment’s friend. It grows fast, absorbing high levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide into its cellulose fibres. It’s also almost waste-free since nearly every part of the plant can be usefully processed.

Raw hemp seeds are cleaned and finely sieved, removing any debris, before running through metal and stone detectors, guaranteeing only pure seed is further processed. Whole seeds, including hulls are gently cold pressed, without risk of heat exposure. This degrades fragile essential fatty acids, while the rich oil is filtered off and stored, leaving the solid protein-loaded residue. We only employ cold and mechanical techniques to process our hemp - unlike other oil extraction techniques using harmful solvent chemicals like hexane.

The dry hemp cake is milled through a vibrating sieve, removing all seed, to leave a fine, nutty, green powder.

Late deliveries

Generally, the service I receive with ordering my protein from Naturya via a monthly subscription is good, however, both March and April’s orders I’ve had to chase. March was delivered later than expected and I’m just waiting on someone to get back to me on April’s order.

Naturya

Hi Heather, Your March order was resolved and delivered on time, but DPD did not notify you of the parcel's location. Regarding February's order, that was, unfortunately, a warehouse error on our part, which we acknowledged at the time, and once again, we apologise for the inconvenience. Our records confirm the replacement was sent out, and proof of delivery was supplied. Apologies once again for the mix-up of your March delivery.
