Hey pesto! Next time you have pasta for dinner, boost your go-to pesto sauce with chlorella, rich in protein and loaded with vitamins B12, D and iron.
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup of grilled cashews and sunflower seeds mix
- 1/2 - 1 cup bio extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Naturya Chlorella powder
- 2 handfuls of parsley and rocket
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 medjool date
- Pepper and sea salt to taste
- Peel the garlic and add to a mixing bowl with the lemon juice
- Add the oil, Chlorella powder, parsley, date, cashews and sunflower seeds
- Put it all in a food processor or blender and whizz
- Add seasoning to taste
- Feast on your pesto however you enjoy it best!
