  • 1 x 400g tin of butter beans
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp tamari soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Naturya Barleygrass powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • Handful of cilantro, roughly chopped


  • Simply place all the ingredients into a food processor
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Add more olive oil or water if the consistency is still too thick
