Flaxmeal is a wonderful source of dietary fibre, which can help aid digestion, it helps to promote regular bowel movements, and helps prevent constipation.
Because Flaxmeal is low in carbohydrates and high in fibre, it can help to support blood sugar balance and help to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
Flaxmeal is a fantastic source of omega-3 fatty acids, particularly alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). These fatty acids play a crucial role in maintaining heart health, reducing inflammation, and supporting brain function.
The omega-3 fatty acids found in flaxmeal can also help lower blood pressure, reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol levels, and decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Preheat oven to 170c.
Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Add the yoghurt, milk, extra virgin olive oil, and apple cider vinegar, and gently fold into the dry mix.
To make the streusel topping, add the Coffee Superfood Latte and the Coconut Oil to a bowl.
Using a fork (or fingers), mix the coconut oil into the coffee blend until it forms a crumble texture.
Spoon the muffin mixture into muffin cases and then sprinkle with the streusel topping.
Pop into the preheated oven for approx 16-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
