Introducing the last smoothie & chia pudding masterpiece we developed for this year's Digestive Health Week - this time combining fiber-rich organic chia seeds and our organic Green Blend, brimming with nutrients for a strong immune system and healthy skin. As usual, this recipe includes only vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free ingredients. 


  • Chia Pudding:
  • 2 tbsp (10g) of Naturya Chia Seeds
  • 120ml of plant-based milk
  • Green Smoothie:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 165g of frozen mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tsp (5g) of Naturya organic Green Blend
  • 120ml of plant-based milk


  • Place the chia seeds and 1/2 cup of plant-based milk into a jar and mix together. Leave to set overnight. 
  • The next morning blend together the frozen banana, mango, kiwi, organic greens and milk until a thick consistency forms. You can add a dash of plant-based milk to make it simpler to blend. 
  • Take your chia pudding and place the blended smoothie on top of the chia pudding and top with whatever toppings you fancy! We chose  white mulberries and cacao nibs.
