We encourage you to try this Mango Chia Pudding Smoothie recipe that doesn't only look great but also helps you reach you daily nutritional needs. It includes omega-3 fatty acids from chia seeds to help you maintain healthy cholesterol levels, our vibrant Superblend of turmeric, maca and lucuma to support energy and immunity, and iron-rich mulberries for a healthier toffee touch and better cognitive function.  


  • Chia Pudding:
  • 2 tbsp (20g) of Naturya Organic Chia Seeds
  • 120ml of milk (we used coconut)
  • Turmeric Mango Smoothie:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 165g of frozen mango
  • 1 tsp (5g) of Naturya Organic Turmeric SuperBlend
  • 120ml of milk (we used coconut)
  • Toppers: Naturya Organic White Mulberries


  • Place the chia seeds and 1/2 cup of milk into a jar and mix together. Leave to set overnight.
  • The next morning blend together the frozen banana, mango, Turmeric SuperBlend and 1/2 cup of milk until a thick consistency forms. 
  • Take your set chia pudding and place the blended smoothie on top of the chia pudding and top with whatever toppers you fancy!
