Try this creamy chia pudding recipe for a delicious, gut-loving twist on traditional chocolate desserts! - Chia Pudding:
- 2 tbsp of Naturya Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup of plant-based milk
- Chocolate Smoothie:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp of Naturya Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp of Naturya Cashew & Hazelnut Spread
- 100ml of plant-based milk
- Place the chia seeds and 1/2 cup of milk into a jar and mix together. Leave to set overnight.
- The next morning blend together the frozen banana, cacao powder, cashew butter & 100ml of milk.
