Ingredients
- For the chocolate baked oats
- 50g oatflour
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1 small banana, mashed
- 2 tsp Naturya Cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml plant-based milk
- 15g Naturya Cacao Maca SuperProtein
- For toppings:
- Naturya Cacao & Hazelnut crunchy spread
- Mini Chocolate Biscuits with eyes
- Naturya Cacao Nibs sweetened with Yacon
- White Chocolate Start
Method
- Start by combining all of your base ingredients into a bowl - oatflour*, protein powder, maple syrup, baking powder, mashed banana, cacao powder and almond milk. Mix until fully combined;
*to make your own oat flour you can use a blender cup and blend regular/porridge oats
- Transfer to a ramekin/oven safe dish and bake for around 20 minutes at 180 °C, then allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Once slightly cooled, top however you please and enjoy!
