This sumptuous vegan ice cream recipe includes our velvety Cashew & Hazelnut Spread giving it a rich, nutty flavour yet perfectly smooth texture. 

Whilst a typical sugary dessert may leave you rather fatigued, this vegan ice cream does quite the opposite. Made with our superfood Energy Blend, it provides protein as well as micronutrients including Vitamin C, copper, and magnesium to beat tiredness and provide a sustained boost of energy.

What’s more, this superfood ice cream recipe is sweetened with organic coconut sugar, which is a less processed alternative to refined white sugar.


  • 150 of soaked cashews (drain before use)
  • 2 tbsp (20g) of Naturya Energy Functional Blend
  • 2 tbsp (20g) of Naturya Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tbsp (30g) of Naturya smooth Cashew & Hazelnut spread
  • 1 tin of coconut cream
  • Sprinkle of Naturya Cacao Nibs
  • 1 tsp (4.5g) of vanilla essence


  • Place all ingredients (excluding the Cacao Nibs) into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add a swirl of smooth cashew spread.
  • Top with Cacao Nibs.
  • Freeze for a few hours and enjoy as you wish!
